Style
Timeless black and white and color portraits featuring twinkling eyes and soft vignettes; the kind of nostalgic sigh that draws your breath in and makes your heart skip a beat. A sweet spot where art and photography meet.
Clothing
Smocked dresses, Peter Pan collars, satin ribbons, and lace are a few favorite heirloom staples. Bring your mother’s heirloom baby dress and bonnet, or other special passed down family garment if you have them. There are also many brands available today with timelessly styled gowns, bubbles, rompers, and more. You will receive a preparation guide to help you select the perfect ensemble for your little. Be sure to come in jammies and change upon arrival!
Location
Photo sessions take place indoors at the beautiful Southall Meadows in Franklin, Tennessee. Special pop-up events held at other locations are available upon request.
Experience
+ Thoughtful and curated session lasting approximately 30 minutes (Wiggly and busy kiddos are to be expected. We're ready if you are!) Length of session is subject to change depending on the number of children present.
+ Recommended ages: 6 months-12 years.
+ Local studio sessions and pop-up events available.
Process
After your child’s photo session, eagerly await to preview the lightly edited photos in your proofing gallery. In the digital album, select the number of your favorite photos per the package you chose. These photos will become your heirloom portraits. Love them all and can’t narrow it down? You’re welcome to upgrade your package to select more photos in the gallery.
Deliverables
Digital gallery per selected package of fully edited fine art heirloom vignette style photographs. Printing rights included.
Classic versions (without heirloom vignette editing) of all photos will be available to purchase a la carte.
The gallery will feature ready-to-order options from fine art prints to framed prints to canvases.
